Document Controller
The Chevron-operated Gorgon Project, currently under construction, is one of the world's largest natural gas projects and Australia's largest single resource project.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon, an unincorporated joint venture between KBR, JGC Corporation, Hatch and Clough, is the Gorgon Project's downstream engineering, procurement and construction management contractor.
The downstream scope of work for the Project includes the construction of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing trains, LNG storage and load-out facilities including a jetty, utilities, a materials offloading facility, a domestic gas processing plant and a construction village.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon is a dynamic global team of around 2,500 people in 17 locations in seven countries. As we move further into the construction phase, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team.
Vacancies currently exist for a Document Controller - Civils to join the Project.

Job Description:
Responsible for providing a hands-on service in managing and controlling incoming and outgoing technical deliverables and revision controlled project documentation. Tasks include the registering, classifying, managing, tracking, filing and distributing of all electronic and hard copy project deliverables for Civils & Underground package specifically. This will include Contractor deliverable documentation, and other controlled, or key documents, as defined by CUG management.
- Assist in maintaining hard copy filing system
- Allocate document\drawing numbers (if required)
- Provide support to CUG team which may extend out to Contractors and Client
- Assist other functional Project teams within Infrastructure Department
- Handle other project reporting, transmittal, and distribution
- Administrative tasks as required in the role
- Maintain confidentiality of documentation
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Document Control experience in the project environment
- Experience in using electronic document management systems
- Microsoft Office applications
- Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Proven communication skills
