Administration Assistant
The Chevron-operated Gorgon Project, currently under construction, is one of the world's largest natural gas projects and Australia's largest single resource project.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon, an unincorporated joint venture between KBR, JGC Corporation, Hatch and Clough, is the Gorgon Project's downstream engineering, procurement and construction management contractor.
The downstream scope of work for the Project includes the construction of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing trains, LNG storage and load-out facilities including a jetty, utilities, a materials offloading facility, a domestic gas processing plant and a construction village.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon is a dynamic global team of around 2,500 people in 17 locations in seven countries. As we move further into the construction phase, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team.
Vacancies currently exist for an Administration Assistant to join the Project.
In order to be considered for these roles, we are looking for the following skills and expertise:
- Provide administrative support as required (including travel arrangements and accounting, preparation of presentations/documents/reports, handling of confidential information, document management and maintenance of technical files, coordinate timesheet approvals, scheduling of meetings, mail logging and distribution, office machinery maintenance, etc)
- Provide word processing (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat) and PDF support as required.
- Scope of work includes: general and EPCM contractor correspondence, technical reports, professional presentations, weekly reports, and meeting notes. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines to meet Contract, JV and other commitments.
