QC Administration Assistant (PRF2220)
The Chevron-operated Gorgon Project, currently under construction, is one of the world's largest natural gas projects and Australia's largest single resource project.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon, an unincorporated joint venture between KBR, JGC Corporation, Hatch and Clough, is the Gorgon Project's downstream engineering, procurement and construction management contractor.
The downstream scope of work for the Project includes the construction of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing trains, LNG storage and load-out facilities including a jetty, utilities, a materials offloading facility, a domestic gas processing plant and a construction village.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon is a dynamic global team of around 2,500 people in 17 locations in seven countries. As we move further into the construction phase, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team.
Vacancies currently exist for a QC Administration Assistant to join the Project.
In order to be considered for these roles, we are looking for the following skills and expertise:
- Responsible for day to day site office administration duties within the Quality team, these include but not limited to;
- Record keeping, data gathering, statistics, report writing, filing, scanning, archiving & scribing meeting minutes
- Maintenance of the various systems and data bases to support coordination of the site Quality group.
- Organise R & R and annual leave rosters, arrange travel requests and flights via the projects site travel department.
- Working with the POC Quality support / technical team to maintain status of NCR’s & CR’s.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Track record of general administration on significant construction projects.
- Familiarity with the range of systems and procedures including office software packages.
- Able to establish and maintain complex spread sheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site Quality activities.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and team working capabilities.
- Highly motivated, Methodical, detailed, and organised.
- Knowledge of document control procedures, MDR’s & IOM’s compilation.
This role will be based at Barrow Island and offers a 20 day / 10 day rotation.
