Resource Administrator
The Chevron-operated Gorgon Project, currently under construction, is one of the world's largest natural gas projects and Australia's largest single resource project.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon, an unincorporated joint venture between KBR, JGC Corporation, Hatch and Clough, is the Gorgon Project's downstream engineering, procurement and construction management contractor.
The downstream scope of work for the Project includes the construction of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing trains, LNG storage and load-out facilities including a jetty, utilities, a materials offloading facility, a domestic gas processing plant and a construction village.
The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon is a dynamic global team of around 2,500 people in 17 locations in seven countries. As we move further into the construction phase, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team.
Vacancies currently exist for a Resource Administrator to join the Project.
In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills and expertise:
- Responsible for day to day site office administration duties within the various teams, these include but not limited to;
- Compiling and checking of Timesheets
- Compiling and checking of Rosters on a monthly basis
- Liaising with managers and personnel regarding timesheets and rostering of staff
- Completing and managing personnel Overtime Request Forms for submission
- Close liaison with Department Administrators and BWI Travel department in regards to travel booking and timesheet keeping
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Track record of general administration on significant construction projects.
- Familiarity with the range of systems and procedures including office software packages.
- Able to establish and maintain complex spread sheets, databases and records for the purpose of controlling and managing site activities.
This role will be a site based role at Barrow Island and offers a 20 day / 10 day rotation.
