Construction Engineer – Piping

The Chevron-operated Gorgon Project, currently under construction, is one of the world's largest natural gas projects and Australia's largest single resource project.

The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon, an unincorporated joint venture between KBR, JGC Corporation, Hatch and Clough, is the Gorgon Project's downstream engineering, procurement and construction management contractor.

The downstream scope of work for the Project includes the construction of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) processing trains, LNG storage and load-out facilities including a jetty, utilities, a materials offloading facility, a domestic gas processing plant and a construction village.

The Kellogg Joint Venture Gorgon is a dynamic global team of around 2,500 people in 17 locations in seven countries. As we move further into the construction phase, we are looking for talented professionals to join our team.

Vacancies currently exist for a Construction Engineer Piping to join the Project.

In order to be considered for this role, we are looking for the following skills and expertise:

  • Construction Engineering functions at Barrow Island relating to Piping disciplines
  • Raising and answering RFI, Site Queries and Technical Queries.
  • Carrying out and participating in meetings both internal and with contractor

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree or Higher Certificate in Piping Engineering
  • Team player
  • Good Communicator both verbally and written

This is a site based position at Barrow Island offering a 20 day / 10 day rotation.
